Michael Rappaport is the CEO of Chariot Solutions, with overall responsibility for management of company operations, focusing on strategic planning and business development. He is also involved in the management of market planning, personnel, sales, project execution and delivery. In addition, Mr. Rappaport provides support for managers in areas of consulting, technical services and product development.

For more than ten years prior to founding Chariot Solutions, Mr. Rappaport served as Managing Director of Skylight Systems, Inc., a software company he co-founded that specializes in solutions for mid-size and large wholesale distributors.

In 2002, Rappaport started Chariot Solutions. As Chariot’s CEO, he has since grown the company considerably during a particularly challenging economic period. Chariot has grown in revenue and number of employees in 7 of its first 8 years. In 2010, Chariot was named the #1 Top Workplace amongst Philadelphia area small (50-150 employees) companies by the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philly.com.

Mr. Rappaport has considerable experience managing successful software development teams and projects. He has led or had ultimate responsibility for custom development projects for a great number of companies in a variety of vertical industries, with a very strong track record of success.

Mr. Rappaport graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. degree in Management of Computerized Information Systems. While at Drexel, Mr. Rappaport also completed all of the requirements of the undergraduate marketing curriculum.
