Technology Mentoring
Chariot offers mentoring services to companies that prefer to tackle projects internally but lack the technical expertise in Java. Chariot architects can get in-house resources up to speed quickly. Unlike formal training, mentoring includes the delivery of architecture and development services by the architect - in addition to the transfer of knowledge to in-house resources. Chariot's architects are able to mentor high-level developers with less experience in Java and object-oriented technology while producing reusable framework and application components. They provide the technical expertise needed to overcome the most complex application architecture challenges facing today's information technology departments.
Past mentoring efforts have included:
- Spring and Java Application Development
- RIA Application Development, including Flex, GWT and SmartClient
- Database technologies
- SOA and Integration Techniques (ESBs, JMS/ActiveMQ, Camel)
- Migrating Java EE applications to Spring/Hibernate/Tomcat
