With more than 25 years in software engineering, Rod Biresch is a seasoned technical leader known for combining deep technical expertise with a collaborative, people-first approach. As Director of Engineering at Chariot Solutions, he influences technical direction, shapes delivery strategy, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to drive successful outcomes.

Rod’s consulting experience spans hands-on development, architectural design, and executive-level strategy. He has led complex engagements across diverse industries, consistently aligning technology solutions with business goals while building strong, motivated teams.

Rod holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from Temple University. Off the clock, he’s an avid golfer who enjoys the focus and camaraderie of the game. He also spends time hiking, fishing, and exploring his passion for classic cars.
