Executive Vice President

Gregg Rappaport is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Chariot Solutions, with overall responsibility for employee and office management. He is a key decision maker regarding internal company matters, as well as a founding member of the Chariot team in 2002.

In 2010, 2014 and 2016, Chariot was named the #1 Top Workplace amongst Philadelphia area small (50-150 employees) companies by the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philly.com. The employee satisfaction characteristic of Chariot’s culture comes in part from an exceptionally robust benefits package that Gregg selected and currently maintains. The employee-first attitude he exhibits when making similar decisions for his team has resulted in an incredibly low turnover since day one.

Prior to co-founding Chariot, Gregg served for 8 years as a Business Analyst at Skylight Systems, Inc., a software company that specialized in solutions for mid-size and large wholesale distributors. His experience in multiple departments at Skylight made him well-versed in the many aspects of a business, ultimately preparing him for his current management position at Chariot Solutions.

Gregg graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. When he’s not working, you can find him playing ping pong, devouring movies, or cheering his kids on at their games with his wife.
