Chief Financial Officer
Michael Sheridan is the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Chariot Solutions, with overall responsibility for company accounting and financial reporting. He is a key decision maker regarding internal company matters, as well as a founding member of the Chariot team in 2002.
In 2010, 2014, and 2016, Chariot was named the #1 Top Workplace amongst Philadelphia area small (50-150 employees) companies by the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philly.com. Since day one, Michael has overseen every aspect of Chariot’s internal finances with an unwavering eye for detail. His meticulous financial reporting kept Chariot on track during periods of considerable growth, and continues to guide the company’s decisions today.
Prior to co-founding Chariot, Michael served for 6 years as a Quality Assurance professional at Skylight Systems, Inc., a software company that specialized in solutions for mid-size and large wholesale distributors. He was also an Accounting Manager at ATD-American, an international manufacturer and distributor of various wholesale product lines, including textiles and office furniture, for 9 years prior. The attention to detail and financial acumen he gained from both of these positions ultimately prepared him for his current role as CFO at Chariot.
When he’s not crunching numbers, Michael is winning championships with his two softball teams or playing indoor soccer. Whether he’s on the field himself, cheering on his kids, or watching the Flyers game on TV, sports are an enormous part of his life.
