Overview
‘Doing’ is the best way to learn! This will be a hands-on workshop where we will all kick the tires of an online whiteboard tool and explore some basic Product & Design exercises. We will start with a quick introduction on how to use the tool (http://miro.com) and then we will dive right into a few fun exercises that everyone can participate in. Exercises will cover garnering team alignment, a co-creation idea session, and active collaboration techniques.

Pete Fleming is an experienced product design leader who turns insights about people into innovation for organizations. He has a wide range of experience, from building kick-ass design teams to nurturing a culture of innovation and evangelizing the role of design in business. Pete is also a non-profit board member, startup advisor, and lover of bikes & cheese.
Michael Geise is a Philadelphia-based technology enthusiast with a passion for design. This problem solver has combined business, tech, and design know-how to create awesome products for over a decade. He also makes children’s stories and loves exploring nature.
