Newly created role will focus on enhancing end-to-end service for clients.
Chariot Solutions, a leading enterprise application and mobile development consulting firm, has announced the addition of Pete Fleming as Head of User Experience & Design beginning on October 2.
Fleming was brought on to enhance Chariot’s end-to-end client services with the addition of a full spectrum of User Experience Design offerings, from up-front user research and usability evaluation to information architecture and User Interface design. The addition of a product design expert signals Chariot’s dedication to providing full-service project management, delivering even more interactive and robust solutions to clients.
Chariot’s software architects focus on delivering products quickly, reliably, and with the ability to scale, in order to meet their clients’ needs. User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) has emerged as an equally critical consideration to delivering apps and software that end users can interact with easily.

In his most recent role, Fleming served as Product Design Lead to AT&T focusing on Digital Life, the company’s home automation and security product. Prior to this, as Product Design Lead for DIRECTV, he led the team that redesigned the entire suite of apps for the company’s home automation and security service. Additionally, Fleming offered Product Experience Design Services to numerous companies – including Comcast and Blue Cross Blue Shield – as a consultant.
Fleming applies these skills in the community as a Founding Board Member of The Dare Two Foundation, an organization which applies Design Thinking to create solutions that make a difference in the fight to prevent type 2 diabetes.
