Sujan Kapadia, Director of Engineering, Chariot Solutions

Sujan Kapadia, Director of Engineering at Chariot Solutions, believes generative AI is fundamentally transforming how humans and machines interact with each other. His hope is AI can provide more people with access to expertise that currently is limited to small segments of the population. In a software engineering career that spans almost 25 years, Sujan has worked across many industries, including pharma and healthcare, and two universal challenges he keeps encountering are effective communication and high quality data. Both are also prerequisites for effective AI solutions.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Sujan holds a Master’s in Software Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the Penn State Schreyers Honors program (go Nittany Lions and Dragons!). His favorite ice cream is from Lapp Valley Farm in New Holland, and you may catch him at a Philly Pretzel Factory when he’s hangry.
