We are an innovative and agile organization and we are transforming our Performance Management approach to reflect our culture, provide real-time feedback, and develop our most important resources – our talent.
Leigh Ann Shaffner is the Executive Director, Talent Management for the Technology + Product team at Comcast. She is currently leading an effort to reimagine and transform the Performance Management process to a continuous feedback based model – incorporating agile best practices to drive employee development and business results. Prior to Comcast, Ms. Shaffner was the HR Lead supporting Spotify’s expansion into new markets such as Mexico, Brazil, and Russia. Ms. Shaffner worked with Spotify’s smaller markets to enhance global benefits and drive improvements in onboarding as well as work on Spotify’s Employer Branding. While at Razorfish/Digitas LBI, Ms Shaffner supported numerous acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring efforts with an emphasis on talent mobility. She was deployed internationally to support offices in Germany, China, London and Costa Rica and also held local HR/TA leadership roles in Philadelphia. Ms. Shaffner started her career in management consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture.
