Abstract

The pandemic has been difficult for many of us. While some folks baked bread and solved puzzles, I decided to re-ignite my love of fitness. In the process, I realized that I had years of fitness data across multiple applications and devices. How could I figure out whether or not I’ve made progress over time? How can I deal with adjusting to my advancing age? In this talk I’ll be speaking to the power of using data to make stories resonate.
