She tailors solutions and leads projects, ensuring patient care excellence is at the forefront. Her experience spans leadership roles and diverse patient populations, optimizing care delivery to support her clients.
Warren Rosebraugh, Director Solution Architects
Warren Rosebraugh is the Director of Solution Architects for Schneider Electric Buildings
North America, specializing in the healthcare market. In this role he designs customer
solutions based on their unique needs and supports sales efforts that integrate
Schneider Electric products with other best-in-class offers. His approach is to simplify
the healthcare environment utilizing an integrated control platform.
His extensive experience has been global in nature, working for Andover Controls as the
Far East Training and Operations manager and then as the Director of Operations for
Strategic Accounts. He formed and was the Director of Operations for the Security
Center of Excellence in North Andover, Massachusetts before taking on his current role.
Warren brings more than 25 years of experience in the building solutions and security
joining Schneider Electric in 1996. Warren received a Masters in Solution / System
Architecture in 2012 from C.E.S.A.M.E.S. Institute in Paris France.
Melissa Turner, VP Client development at HBS, LLC a healthcare consulting company.
Leveraging her extensive experience in the healthcare space, Melissa brings a deep understanding of the interconnected nature of the industry and its impact on the patient experience, encompassing both direct and indirect healthcare services.
Sujan Kapadia, Director of Engineering, Chariot Solutions
Sujan Kapadia, Director of Engineering at Chariot Solutions, believes generative AI is fundamentally transforming how humans and machines interact with each other. His hope is AI can provide more people with access to expertise that currently is limited to small segments of the population. In a software engineering career that spans almost 25 years, Sujan has worked across many industries, including pharma and healthcare, and two universal challenges he keeps encountering are effective communication and high quality data. Both are also prerequisites for effective AI solutions.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Sujan holds a Master’s in Software Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the Penn State Schreyers Honors program (go Nittany Lions and Dragons!). His favorite ice cream is from Lapp Valley Farm in New Holland, and you may catch him at a Philly Pretzel Factory when he’s hangry.
