Sujan Kapadia has been named Chief AI Officer, a newly created role, and Rod Biresch has been promoted to Director of Engineering.

Sujan Kapadia, formerly Director of Consulting, brings a wealth of expertise in AI strategy and technical leadership to his new role as Chief AI Officer. In this capacity, he will lead Chariot’s efforts to integrate artificial intelligence into both internal practices and client solutions.

In tandem, Rod Biresch has been promoted to Director of Engineering. As Director of Engineering, he will lead Chariot’s engineering teams and focus on delivering innovative, scalable solutions.
