The ways you can engage AWS to run applications in the cloud are numerous: traditional application deployments on an EC2 virtual machine, containerized applications running on ECS or Kubernetes, or fully serverless. This hands-on workshop will teach you how to build and program a Wi-Fi-based IoT device using Arduino. Your sensor will send data to AWS using MQTT. You will also use a web page to send commands back to the device and view the data coming from the device.
